Notwithstanding anything in the [1920 c. 67.] Government of Ireland Act 1920 the Parliament of Northern Ireland shall have power to make laws for purposes similar to the purposes of any of the following provisions of this Act, that is to say section 40 and so much of section 35 as relates to vessels.
