2As from the coming into operation of section 3 of this Act any licence granted for the purpose of section 5 of the [1964 c. 64.] Drugs (Prevention of Misuse) Act 1964 or sections 2,3 or 10 of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1965 shall have effect as if granted for the purposes of section 3(2) of this Act.
