Interest on Damages (Scotland) Act 1971

2 Citation and commencement U.K.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Interest on Damages (Scotland) Act 1971, and the M1 Interest on Damages (Scotland) Act 1958 and this Act may be cited together as the Interest on Damages (Scotland) Acts 1958 and 1971.

(2) This Act shall not apply to any action in which the proof or trial has taken place, or the evidence has otherwise been given, before the passing of this Act.
