The [1939 c. 83.] Pensions (Navy, Army, Air Force and Mercantile Marine) Act 1939
9In section 6(3) of the Pensions (Navy, Army, Air Force and Mercantile Marine) Act 1939, for the words from " section one hundred and seventy-six" to " deceased seamen" there shall be substituted the words " section 66 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 (disposal of property of deceased seamen) ".
