18 Regulations.E+W
(1)The Registrar General, with the approval of the [F1Chancellor of the Exchequer], may by statutory instrument make regulations prescribing anything which is required in this Act to be prescribed.
(2)Any power to make regulations shall include power to vary or revoke those regulations.
