27In section 37(7) of the Sexual Offences Act 1956, for the words " section twenty or twenty-one of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 (which relate " in paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the words " section 6 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (which relates " and for the words " that Act" in paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the words " the [1952 c. 55.] Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 ".
