49Where works on land vested in the Post Office by virtue of this Act are executed by it so as injuriously to affect another person who would, had the works been executed by the Postmaster General, have had a right to receive from him compensation in respect of the injurious affection, that person shall have the right to receive from the Post Office compensation in respect of the injurious affection.
