29U.K.No enforcement notice shall be served by virtue of [F1paragraph 28 of Schedule 22 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 (as it continues in effect by virtue of Schedule 3 to the Planning (Consequential Provisions)(Scotland) Act 1997)] or under [F2paragraph 34 of Schedule 24 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (as it continues in effect by virtue of Schedule 3 to the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990)] in respect of works carried out on land that vests in the Post Office by virtue of section 16 of this Act or in respect of use of land that so vests; and no enforcement notice shall be served under [F2section 172 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990] or [F3section 127 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997] in respect of development carried out before the appointed day on land that so vests.
