87As from the appointed day, Schedule 1 to the [1968 c. 32.] Industrial Expansion Act 1968 (which specifies bodies to which financial support is not to be provided under a scheme made under section 2 of that Act) shall have effect as if the authority were included amongst the bodies therein specified.
