63As from the appointed day, section 3 of the [1958 c. 50.] Local Government (Omnibus Shelters and Queue Barriers) (Scotland) Act 1958 (access to telegraphic lines, &c.) shall have effect as if for the words " Postmaster General" there were substituted the words " Post Office " and as if, in subsection (1), for the words " he " and " him " there were substituted the word " it ".
