60 As from the appointed day, the reference in section 8(5) of the [1957 c. 30 (N.I.).] Urban Drainage Act (Northern Ireland) 1957 (powers of Postmaster General in relation to streets closed under that section) to a telegraphic line belonging to, or used by, the Postmaster General shall be construed as referring to such a line belonging to, or used by, the authority.
