43 As from the appointed day, the second reference to the Postmaster General in paragraph 6(1) of the Schedule to the [1948 c. 17.] Requisitioned Land and War Works Act 1948 (which paragraph contains a saving for his telegraphic lines) shall be construed as referring to the authority.
