7In section 2 of the War Memorials (Local Authorities' Powers) Act 1923, as originally enacted, for the words " a penny " there shall be substituted the words " 0-6p " , and section 75 of the Local Government Act 1929 (increase of certain statutory limits) shall not apply to that section as amended by this paragraph.
