[F1 5 U.K. In subsection (4) of section 9 of the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act 1899, as originally enacted, for the words “one halfpenny”, in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “0·3p” and for the words “one penny”, in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “0·6p”; and section 75 of the M2 Local Government Act 1929 (increase of certain statutory limits) shall not apply to the said section 9 as amended by this paragraph.]
