In Schedule 2 to the Citation Amendment (Scotland) Act 1882, in the provisions relating to inferior courts—
a
in paragraph 1, for the words from " the above-mentioned fees " to the end there shall be substituted the words " the first-mentioned fee shall be allowed for the first party only, and for every other party there shall be allowed a reduced fee of 3 ½ p (instead of 5p) "; and
b
in paragraph 2(1), the item specifying the fee for citing every witness after the first for the same diet shall have effect as if the amount specified were 3 ½ p instead of 8d.
