[1964 c. 26.] The Licensing Act 1964
21In section 30 of the Licensing Act 1964, in subsection (5) (including that subsection as set out in paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the [1967 c. 54.] Finance Act 1967), for the word " threepence " there shall be substituted the words " one new penny ".
