22 Provisions as to regulations and orders under Part II. U.K.

(1) In relation to orders. . . F2 made under this Part of this Act, the provisions of this section shall have effect in addition to the provisions of section 157 of this Act.

(2) Any order. . . F2 made under this Part of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

[F3 (2A) Subsections (1) and (2) of this section do not apply in relation to orders under section 10C of this Act (but see subsections (7) to (9) of that section).]
