Every person who carried on a retail pharmacy business [F1at [F2or from] premises in Northern Ireland] shall, in the month of January in each year, send to the registrar—
(a)a list of all [F3such] premises at [F4or from] which his business, so far as it consists of the retail sale of medicinal products, is carried on, and
