18 Offences. E+W+S

Any contravention by a society of any provision of this Act and any failure by a society to comply with any provision of this Act or any direction given by the [F1 Authority] under section 4 [F2 or 9C(1)] of this Act shall be an offence under the appropriate registration Act.
