F147A Application to the Broads Authority.

Sections 6 to 9 of this Act shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local authority.

Sections 10, F2. . . and 20 of this Act shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local planning authority.

Section 16 of this Act shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local planning authority and the Broads were a National Park.
