This Act may be cited as the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 7 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule, but subject to the savings mentioned at the end of Parts I and II of the Schedule.

This Act shall not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Sections 34 to 36 of this Act shall come into force on the day it is passed; and, F1. . . the other provisions of Part I shall come into force on such day as the Minister of Housing and Local Government and the Secretary of State may appoint by order made by them jointly by statutory instrument, which shall be laid before Parliament after being made.

Part II of this Act shall come into force at the end of one month following the day on which this Act is passed.
