28F3 Identification of trees.
A person authorised by the F2appropriate forestry authority may take such steps, whether by marking or otherwise, as the F2appropriate forestry authority consider necessary for identifying trees which are the subject of a felling licence or felling directions, or in respect of which a felling licence has been refused.
