26 SAny statutory instrument containing an order made under paragraph 2 or 3 of this Schedule shall not have effect unless approved by a resolution of the Commons House of Parliament, and any statutory instrument containing an order made under any other provision of this Schedule shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
