THE [1936 c. 49.] PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1936
2In section 253 for the words from the beginning to " thereunder " there shall be substituted the words " If any regulation in force under this Part of this Act " ; and in section 255(2)(a) for the words " this Part of this Act or any regulations made thereunder " there shall be substituted the words " regulations made under this Part of this Act " .
