3In section 78(4) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1947, section 198 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1962 and regulations made before the passing of this Act under either of those sections references to the Act of 1923 shall include references to this Act, references to provisions in Part I of that Act being taken as references to the corresponding provisions of this Act.
