Transfer of property and liabilities U.K.

8 U.K. Any dispute between the University Court and the University of Dundee as to the property or the liabilities to be transferred to the University of Dundee under paragraphs 1 to 4, and paragraph 7 respectively, of this Schedule shall be determined by arbitration.
