22 Application of provisions of principal Act.

F1Section 46of the principal Act (service of notices) shall apply as if any reference in that section to the principal Act included a reference to this Part of this Act.

F2Section 46 of the M1Gas Act 1972(inquiries held by Minister) shall apply as if any reference in that section to F3that Actincluded a reference to this Part of this Act, and the provisions of that section shall apply to any public local inquiry held by the Minister in pursuance of this Part of this Act, other than an inquiry under Schedule 5 to this Act, as they apply to any inquiry held by the Minister under that section.
