6E+W+SWhere in the exercise of any power conferred by this Schedule any damage is caused to land or to chattels, any person interested in the land or chattels shall be entitled to compensation in respect of that damage from the [F1public gas supplier]concerned; and where in consequence of the exercise of any such power any person is disturbed in his enjoyment of any land or of any chattels he shall be entitled to compensation from that [F1public gas supplier]in respect of the disturbance.
