2The boundary between the London boroughs numbered 9 and 10 respectively in the said Part I in the existing metropolitan borough of Wandsworth shall be such as the Minister may by order determine on or near the general line of Hazelbourne Road, Cavendish Road, the railway between Balham and Streatham Common stations and the railway between Streatham and Mitcham Junction stations.E+W
