34The clerk to each appropriate authority shall keep registers in the prescribed form and containing the prescribed particulars of nil bookmaker's permits, betting agency permits and betting office licences granted or renewed by that authority, and any such register shall be open during reasonable hours for inspection by any constable or, on payment of the prescribed fee, by any other person.
