22Duty of local planning authority to consult authority issuing site licences
(1)Before a local planning authority grant permission for the use of land as a caravan site under Part III of the Act of 1947 they shall, unless they are also the authority having power to issue a site licence for that land, consult the local authority having that power.
(2)This section shall apply in relation to permission granted on an application in that behalf whether or not the application was made after the commencement of this Act.
