1The power under section sixty-six of this Act to make regulations prescribing forms of notices for the purposes of this Act may be exercised at any time after the passing and before the commencement of this Act so as to bring the regulations into operation at any time after they are made; and where the date, or the end of a period, specified by a notice which is given in a form so prescribed falls after the time at which this Act comes into operation the notice shall not be invalid by reason only that it was served before that time.
