11Advisory Committees on Birds

(1)There shall be established an Advisory Committee on the. Protection of Birds for England and Wales and an Advisory Committee on the Protection of Birds for Scotland, consisting in each case of such members as the Secretary of State may from time to time appoint.

(2)It shall be the duty of each of the said Committees to advise the Secretary of State upon any question which he may refer to that Committee in connection with the administration of this Act or otherwise in connection with the protection of birds.
