Where any person is aggrieved by the value set by the Commissioners on any life interest or other interest in respect of which compensation is awarded to him under this Act, and where any person feels aggrieved by the value set by the Commissioners on any advowson or right of presentation in respect of which he is awarded compensation under this Act, he may, if he think fit, refer such question to arbitration.
