This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
Where any Estate, Interest, or Right in, over, or affecting a Common is by Deed conveyed for the Purposes of a Scheme under this Act, with the Approval of the Commissioners, the Provisions of the [9 G. 2. c. 36.] Act of the Ninth Year of the Reign of King George the Second (Chapter Thirty-six), " to restrain the Disposition of " Lands whereby the same become unalienable," shall not apply to the Conveyance.
