And be it enacted, That all Forfeitures and Penalties upon Convictions under this Act not specially provided for shall be paid to the Sheriff or other proper Officer of the County, City, Borough, or Place in which such Conviction shall take place, for Her Majesty's Use, and shall be returned to the Court of Quarter Sessions, under the Provisions of an [3 G. 4. c. 46.] Act passed in the Third Year of the Reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled An Act for the more speedy Return and levying of Fines, Penalties, and Forfeitures, and Recognizances estreated.
