13U.K.If any Vein shall cross another Vein, the Miner who comes to the Pee or Intersection first shall have such Pee or Intersection, and may work therein as far as he can reach with a Pick or Hack, such Pick or Hack having a Helve or a Shaft Three Quarters of a Yard long, so that he stands wholly within the Cheeks of his own Vein, when he works such Pee or Intersection.
