A—Properties on or adjacent to the site of Guy’s Hospital in the London Borough of Southwark

(1)The freehold property known as the Medical School Building (subject to a perpetual rentcharge of £707.70) and numbers 127, 129 and 131 Borough High Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number SGL 33774.

(2)The freehold property numbers 133 and 135 Borough High Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number SGL 272912.

(3)The freehold property numbers 137, 139, 141 and 143 Borough High Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number 174863.

(4)The freehold property numbers 1/3 Newcomen Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title numbers SGL 101683 and LN 181121.

(5)The freehold property numbers 4/8 Newcomen Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number LN 181121.

(6)The freehold property 9 Newcomen Street known as Mollison House registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number SGL 43635.

(7)The freehold property the sites of 10/13a Newcomen Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number LN 91142.

(8)The freehold property numbers 14/17 Newcomen Street registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title number SGL 291470.

(9)The freehold property known as St. Christopher’s House situated at 208 Long Lane and 1/7 Castle Buildings, currently in use as a student hostel with out-buildings and registered in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under title numbers 152766 and 443201.

(10)Those parts of Guy’s Tower, on floors 3, 7, 8, 12, 17, 18 and 20 to 32 (inclusive) occupied by the Schools as tenant or licensee of the National Health Service and/or the Guy’s and St. Thomas’s NHS Trust.

(11)The leasehold property comprising the 2nd Floor of New Guy’s House, together with the NMR Building.

(12)The leasehold property comprising the 4th Floor of Hunts House.

(13)The leasehold property comprising part of Boland House, being a majority of the basement, ground and 1st floors including the area leased to McDonald's.

(14)The leasehold property at Wolfson House comprising those parts used as a student hostel.

(15)An interest in Phase 3 of Guy’s Hospital Redevelopment.
