Proceedings of Master’s court not to be invalidated by vacancies, etc
35Proceedings of the Master’s court or of any committee thereof shall not be invalidated or be illegal in consequence of there being any vacancy in the membership of the Master’s court at the time of such proceedings, or in respect of any informality in the election of any member thereof.
