SCHEDULE Bell’s Bridge

Saving for certain enactments

14 Nothing in this Order shall—

(a) affect the operation of the [1974 c. 40.] Control of Pollution Act 1974 or Part II of the [1985 c. 48.] Food and Environment Protection Act 1985; or

(b) exempt Scottish Enterprise from the provisions of Part I of the [1949 c. 74.] Coast Protection Act 1949.
