For the purposes of Regulation 6 of, and Class 1A of Schedule 3 to, the [S.I. 1992/666.] Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 the Conservators shall, as respects their functions under sections 15 to 17 of this Act, be deemed to be a local authority.
