Owners of policies bound by notice to previous owners
10Every person who by operation of law, assignation, purchase or other means whatsoever shall become the owner of any policy, shall be bound by every notice in respect of such policy which prior to his name and address being entered on the Company’s register of policy-holders shall be duly given to the person whose name and address appears at the date of such notice on the said register in respect of such policy.
