Amendment of regulation 19 (fees payable in connection with the designation of notified bodies)

22.—(1) Regulation 19 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (3), for “£532” substitute “£1,297”.

(3) In paragraph (6)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b)(i), for “£361.20” substitute “£631”, and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), for “£90.30” substitute “£171”.
