SCHEDULE 1 Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016

9.  In article 34 (issue of airworthiness directives for EASA aircraft)—

(a) in the heading, for “EASA” substitute “Part-21”,

(b) in paragraph (1)—

(i) after “Basic” omit “EASA”;

(ii) for “an EASA” substitute “a Part-21”;

(c) in paragraph (2)—

(i) after sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;

(ii) omit sub-paragraph (b);

(d) omit paragraph (3).
