9. In regulation 12 (documentation to accompany regulated measuring instruments)—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a), omit “EU”;
(b)omit paragraph (3); and
(c)in paragraph (4), for “understandable and intelligible” substitute “legible and in easily understandable English”.
