Amendment to regulation 12

9.  In regulation 12 (documentation to accompany regulated measuring instruments)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a), omit “EU”;

(b) omit paragraph (3); and

(c) in paragraph (4), for “understandable and intelligible” substitute “legible and in easily understandable English”.
