Amendment to regulation 13

12.  In regulation 13 (applicable conformity assessment procedures)—

(a) in paragraphs (2) and (3)(a) to (c) for “harmonised” substitute “designated”;

(b) in paragraph (3) for “EC-type” substitute “Type”.
