3. In the Schedule to the principal Regulations, in paragraph 2B(1), in sub-paragraph (1)(a), after “regulation 44(1)”, in both places it occurs, insert “of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017”(2).
