These Regulations may be cited as the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

In these Regulations, “Regulation (EC) No 396/2005” means Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin.
