The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended by regulation 9) are further amended as follows.

Omit regulation 43 (conditions relating to the GPA).

In regulation 83 (life-cycle costing), in paragraph (3)(c), omit the words from “, including” to the end.

Omit regulation 105 (duty owed to economic operators from certain other States).
